This is a little something that came to mind while I was travelling one day. It was in fact a memory faded and vague that evolved into something new. Yet in order to understand my creation you should understand my inspiration. For that you need look no further than "To His Coy Mistress" by Andrew Marvell who wrote his poem around 1650 (old school style).
Enjoy my version:
Why challenge my fragile heart?
You miraculous creature,
Far too good to be true,
Please dare not tease,
With actions so gentle so sweet,
How you amaze with such ease,
Do not wonder to another to greet,
Leave me not to worry or imbue,
Feelings painted always in blue,
You matter more than the stars,
The night sky clear or sunset bled,
Any healing of old tormenting scars,
No more sleepless nights in bed,
Just make your feelings known,
So my heart can provide your home.
