Once upon a time there was a young girl,
Wearing dresses and reading glasses,
As innocent as could be to all,
Time however, always passes
and who can say what is to come.
Having few exemplary examples around,
Idolizing fairy-tales and famous people,
Eager to cry out yet making no sound,
In age comes less restraint upon the vulnerable,
The Broken will be free to choose,
Mistakes to be made of awesome nature,
Challenges faced alone to win or loose,
Random shoulders to cry upon like furniture,
No matter my successes or victories,
None can taste truly,sincerely sweet,
For I have left her alone for centuries,
Alone in the darkness, sitting in her seat.
I wonder what has become of her,
Working hard day by day for her career?
Celebrating the return to responsibility?
Or facing the world superficially?
I only wish to mend what was broken,
With the words I have spoken,
My dear little sister who sang with me,
The day before I left her, helplessly.
Wearing dresses and reading glasses,
As innocent as could be to all,
Time however, always passes
and who can say what is to come.
Having few exemplary examples around,
Idolizing fairy-tales and famous people,
